Trident University was created to ensure that every employee understands Trident's mission and value statements. This includes discussions on the Trident story, quality standards and our client care philosophy. This "new hire" training class takes place in the first and second week of employment and concludes with a "Certificate of Achievement".

Continued Education

Trident University has evolved from new hire training to divisional training. Trident management works with employees in Structured Cabling, Technology, Communications, Sales and Administration to ensure they are receiving the training needed to keep them on their Trident Track. In addition, Trident staff often attends on-site training for multiple vendors, such as ShoreTel, Lenovo, Microsoft, HP, Valcom and Bicsi.




Trident University is offered to all new employees and allows them a better opportunity to learn about the company and the other departments.

FUN FACT: The world's oldest university was founded in the year 859 at its current site in Fes, Morocco. Originally a mosque, today many subjects are taught including rhetoric, logic, medicine, mathematics, astronomy, chemistry, history, geography and music.
